This is very interesting, but a long read. The lessons can probably teach us about what makes more successful and happier cultures and societies as well, not just teams. Hint, libertarian ideas are wrong about competition among individuals being good for society as a whole. Maybe you would be a Trump supporter. It’s funny how they think that they are the smart ones who know something that everyone else doesn’t.
Joking aside, I wish this country had more compassion for those who can’t compete for the same types of jobs and can’t make a decent living. Evolution didn’t make us all the same. How can we expect them to have compassion when we hold grudges from long ago when they didn’t have compassion for us?
BTW, there are actually very many, very intelligent people who believe in very stupid things … just look at libertarians for example.
