I remember seeing this a while back and thought it was silly, but now I think about it as a possibility of multiverses existing from the infinitesimal to infinite scales. Imagine if a galaxy is like an atom and the objects in the higher order universe move extremely slow compared to our universe. Conversely, that’s the opposite of how quantum particles move so quickly compared to how we experience time.
If objects in this observable universe move closer to the speed of light, then their lengths contract to zero. That means they become two dimensional instead of three dimensional. So far, only extremely tiny massless particles can move at the speed of light. If I relate this to astronomical sized objects that move slowly compared to us, maybe those objects move in four spatial dimensions and if they were to move very quickly, they would flatten into three dimensions.

Avoid analysis paralysis: adopt heuristics to save time and mental effort. https://www.fs.blog/2018/04/reversible-irreversible-decisions/

When decisions are reversible, speed them up. The biggest risk is dragging your feet. When decisions are irreversible, slow them down. The biggest risk is making the wrong decision.

It’s like online radicalization of terrorists. Some people are also prone to joining cults. When someone I was friends with began using certain sub-culture terms and had a misogynist attitude towards women in general, I know it was over.
Fortunately, I think he found another cult or activity to occupy his weird mind and moved on.

If you have arthritis or kidney disease, you should be taking a daily dose of baking soda (NOT baking powder). It contains sodium, so don’t take this if you have high blood pressure.

A daily dose of baking soda may help reduce the destructive inflammation of autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, scientists say. They have some of the first evidence of how the cheap, over-the-counter antacid can encourage our spleen to promote instead an anti-inflammatory environment that could be therapeutic in the face of inflammatory disease, scientists report.
