I know Elon Musk had a lot of haters, but I’m not one of them. I’m so glad the he’s committed to helping to reducing carbon emissions. One of those ways is with the new cybertruck. There’s a lot of upsides to this vehicle despite the trolling it’s gotten so far.

I was telling my co workers that if that’s doesn’t work out in the consumer market, he could sell these heavy duty trucks to the US Army. Currently, Humvees are a huge part of the military vehicle fleet and they consumer much more had than regular vehicles. An electric armor plated truck would save the DOD millions of not billions in fuel costs. I told my co workers what would really help though is fold-out solar panels so the vehicles can be deployed into the field for lengthy periods without needing to go back to base to be recharged (or refueled).
