Mom is going back to our hometown in Florida. She came here as a hurricane refugee and stayed during the pandemic. She helped me during a difficult time, my divorce. Now she has five great grand babies in Florida to see. I hope my nieces and their families get vaccinated.

We’ll miss her so much. Zoey already tells me multiple times a day, “I miss Baba.”
