Fortunately neighbors had a good intuition and called the police about this suspicious guy.

Exciting (but a little scary) research could start in a year to reverse human aging. I say scary because it involves gene editing with CRISPR. Although it wouldn’t cause problems like we saw in the movies “Legend” and “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes,” gene editing could cause unfortunate side effects for the individual (not communicable to others), and it could cause cancer or shut down bodily systems.

You know those mandatory surveys that are provided by employers form the Commute Trip Reduction program survey (WA-SDOT)? Here’s my comments that I gave them at the end.
I have an idea for using tiny EVs and bicycles to load up on a vehicle bus to help commuters avoid the rain and go long distances even if the top speed of their vehicle is only 25 mph. The bus can go at speeds of 60 mph when commuting to between cities. When they reach a commute stop, their vehicles can drive off at city speeds. The buses will have electric charging and WiFi and commuters will be able to take naps and eat on-the-go breakfast while commuting. Protection from the rain and not having to use bus transfers will be a preferred option for many more commuters than what is presently provided. Contact me for more information.
