Sometimes people wonder into the office asking if this is the staffing office, which is located right across the hall and there are signs next to each door. I think that agency attracts the worst stoners. Sometimes they pee on the floor in the bathroom or leave a toilet filled with toilet paper.

There should be a video camera in the hallway to verify mental capacity. If they can’t find the correct door, then they’re not qualified – for anything.

I’m wondering what will be the trigger that blows out Scott Adams’ (creator of Dilbert) delusional optimism about Trump? I would like to see the exact moment of disillusionment, but that will be in his private life. Will he go public with it, or will he try to slowly crawl his way back to reality?

I realize from the Dilbert cartoon that he probably has experienced lots of disillusionment, but this would be special.

Another case can be made for mostly eating healthy (undelicious) food every day. “Hedonistic adaptation” robs us of most of the enjoyment of eating delicious food.

When we eat food that we like, we get used to it, and usually it makes our health worse (but that’s beside my point). When we get used to something, that enjoyment decreases. When eating enjoyable things most of the time, we don’t get the same good feelings as we do when eating than occasionally.

Which is better though? Partially enjoying foods that you like and not eating foods that you don’t like (most of the time), or eating foods you don’t like mostly and then really enjoying the foods you do like occasionally?

I’m not sure if I’m ready to commit to this.
