It feels easier to me to run on a treadmill, especially since I tend not set an incline. Now that gyms are closed and I’m outside, I have to run up and down inclines (towards Rose Hill). I should get a pace measuring device with a music player. I really don’t know what my pace is now. Is it any faster or slower? I don’t know.
TLDR spoiler for this article: it’s about perception, no real conclusion, though wind pressure and incline could affect people. Some people get bored too easily on a treadmill.
