Interferon injections could prevent people from getting sick. But there’s a catch. Interferon can also give people flu-like symptoms. Maybe they could use this to create herd immunity. By giving interferon to people and then infecting people with Covid-19, it might allow them to safely create antibodies against the deadly virus.
The new insights might explain why the elderly are more likely to die of #Covid19 and why antiviral drugs might not only save patients’ lives but prevent severe disease if taken before infection.

I get why Christian evangelicals are loyal to Trump. It’s because they crave a theocracy in which their people are in power, and Trump promised them that.
Christian evangelicals and Christian fundamentalists have long sneered at secularism and social liberalism. They don’t care much for democracy either. To them, democracy represents a threat to their rule over society.
The are Dominionists and the 700 Club has been brainwashing impressionable tv viewers for decades, encouraging them to support Christian political power.
Evangelicals for Trump don’t care who gets hurt, what laws are broken, nor if the USA collapses. They want political power and control at all costs. They openly despise a secular society and government.
Christian fundamentalists are basically the American Taliban. You can’t negotiate with them. They will burn down and destroy everything to get their way. The only thing between them and wide open terrorism is secular laws and law enforcement.
This is why they support the NRA so much. They see the NRA as the defenders of their white privilege to openly threaten and be hostile to politicians while claiming it’s their right.
