I was intrigued thinking about what this could do for co-operatives and economic democracy. As I read though it though, I realized how cold and robotic it was. There’s no room for training new people and those that aren’t used to working on their own, autonomously. I suppose that each token holder or contract contributer could represent a group or team, in which there could be a mentor and apprentice, but I think this system is meant to cut out as many redundant people as possible. It’s designed for individual independent contractors, not groups.

Maybe it will evolve to be more social and less robotic. If it doesn’t, I suspect it will fail to get traction, which would be a good thing.
